A two day immersive experience on how to finance independent films.

Regardless of budget, most filmmakers agree that raising money is the toughest part of getting movies made. Led by independent producer Stu Pollard, this unique film financing workshop is ideal for filmmakers preparing to hit the fundraising trail.

Ideal for producers/filmmakers who are preparing to raise private equity from angel investors, Pollard’s presentation covers the pros and cons of film business plans and provides valuable insights on the ethics and psychology of selling high-risk investments. He also will share tools for making deals more attractive, tips for identifying the best financing prospects, and suggestions for maintaining long-term relationships with financial partners.

Space in this workshop is limited (this same program is offered annually at Film Independent + always sells out!) so register today.

Good Work Network + #CreateLouisiana have partnered to present this low-cost workshop (the regularly-priced fee for this program is $275), with support from the National Endowment for the Arts’ Our Town grant program.
